ICSPI Hosts Nanoscience Delegation from Brazil and India

Waterloo, June 9, 2022 – ICSPI hosts a delegation of distinguished nanoscience researchers visiting the Waterloo Institute of Nanotechnology (WIN).

Our Director of Operations, David Morris, hosted leading nanoscience researchers Prof. Mônica Cotta, Professor at Universidade Estadual de Campinas and President of the Materials Research Society of Brazil, and Prof. Ajay K Sood, the Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India and Professor of Physics at Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bangalore. Both Prof. Cotta and Prof. Sood are part of WIN’s International Scientific Advisory Board. 

A live demo of the nGauge AFM was given for the delegates and the history of developing the world’s first atomic force microscope at the University of Waterloo was presented. 

We thank Prof. Cotta and Prof. Sood for visiting and for sharing their enthusiasm for nanoscience!
